Unable to load
Was enjoying the game since yesterday, and today unable to load the game, loading half way the apps closes by itself. Tried opening the app but result is the same.
Cannot load after the recent upgrade
This jigsaw puzzle app is my favourite amongst all the apps in the App Store. Bought many packages and specially love those paintings by artists such as Chris Bigelow, Dominic Davison, Steve Crisp etc Been playing this game for almost 2 years. Every day I wait excitedly for the free daily puzzle to appear. And quickly grab it before it is replaced. But after the recent upgrade 10 days ago, the app could not load and froze upon opening. Opened 3 tickets and all were closed without resolution. Very sad and unhappy with the support. Is there really no solution?
Great Game
I like jigsaw puzzles and this app is one of the most enjoyable. However now I can’t get it working as it hangs. Sometimes it opens to the home page then starts to auto open up the days free puzzle then after a second the whole app stops and hangs. How do I fix this problem. Miss playing. Do I deleted the app and reinstall? Does it mean the puzzle history is gone? Are we meant to delete the completed puzzles ?
Fun game
Good jigsaw puzzle game, the best is able to continue existing puzzle without internet connection. Nice photos/paintings with details for more pieces to play with. Been playing over 2 years. The main problem is everytime when i try to delete completed puzzles to free up memories, the app always hang and do not let me do this. If i cant delete completed puzzles i have no choice but to uninstall the app.
Game is Slower.
This game used to be fun when you could use the coins reward to purchase the different puzzle packs. Now it only allows you to use the coins on the boring puzzle packs. Won’t be playing anymore until the game allows us to use the coins again.

A great game to pass time. Wish there r more soothing or zen music and also more objectives to achieve.

Unable to open the app after upgraded the latest version
Ads Hang
Many times ad that has a button with countdown timer does not work (timer stays at 5 seconds and do not count down). Ad that has button to close does not work quite often.
