Love the app. I save money and time rather than going to the gym. The only thing in my way of getting fit is myself. This has so many variations and options. The only thing that would be better is if Jillian came to my house and kicked my butt. I hate to get started but always feel great after the workout
Wow, I actually hate working out. I think i’ve tried every app on the market, and none felt like the right fit. Jillian has nailed everything in these workouts that make fitness fun. The music is great, the moves are simple, the transition time is spot on and the dialogue and direction is clear without the fluff. I am SO glad I found this app, it’s every thing I have been looking for!! Thank you!!
The advanced build 30 program trainer is the best one I’ve had in this app he makes me wanna work out again.
A variety of programs and activities to choose from. Jillian is an excellent trainer who is a perfect mixture of aspiration and realism; very knowledgeable and down to earth. Move at your own pace is something that is very appealing to me. A much cheaper and convenient version of gym membership. Great app overall - recommended for beginners and advanced athletes alike.
I’ve used this app for years and love most everything, but a few months ago the time interval between exercises lengthened and it was great, but maybe a few seconds too l.ong. It is now back to being almost no time between, which gives you little to no time to get bands, switch weights or anything and that makes me lose precious workout time! It is really aggravating!! I wish they would find an in between length.
I haven’t even used half of the wonderful options provided in this app and I can’t speak highly enough about it. It is my go to work out every day and I can’t wait to check out all of the other features, including the meditation and the meals ideas!
I love Jillian! This app is amazing. In week 3 and loving every bit of it.
I’ve done Jillian’s workouts for the past 18 years in the gym and at home and she has kept me in the most phenomenal shape!! Her workouts are fast and effective, and I love how strong and powerful I feel when I’m done. If you’re thinking about it, stop!! Just get the app!!
I lost 25 kg with the help of exercises, I have been doing it for 2 years, 5 days a week. I couldn't lose weight for many years because I had problems with the thyroid gland. But Jillian Michaels said in her interview that you need to do it with hypothyroidism. I had no strength, I did 30-minute exercises for 2.5 hours, because during the break I just lay down and gained strength for the next approach. It became easier for me with each week, pls I added walks and removed sugar and flour sweets. Finally, I saw that the weight began to decrease. Thanks to Jillian Michaels
