This app has one of the worst algorithms for playlists. The same 30 songs play on repeat and it’s impossible to escape them. Even if I play a song from 1970, the following song will be 1/30 repeat songs. It’s obnoxious and impossible to discover new music.
I have been using this app for years now. It’s a great app. However, the app is lags once I open for it. It’s been happening for week. Please can you find out what the issue is? Thank you.
First, if it wasn’t for CarPlay Interface, I would give 5 stars. But, my primary use of this app is in the car, Apple CarPlay interface is important to me. CarPlay interface for this app hangs, doesn’t play the right song, play song from a list instead what’s chosen on the CarPlay screen. Too many issues to list. My suggestion to the team would be to test the CarPlay interface and fix all the bugs. Or take out the CarPlay interface altogether.
Dear JioSaavn it seems like your library is reducing day by day and I do see that a playlist previously created, which I used to play without any problem. Nowadays, I see that the songs are grayed out and are not able to play. Please let us know what is happening. All these songs are available on Spotify in a free version.

I downloaded this app because it was free Bollywood song after few days it stop working need to pay membership if I need to used this
I signed up for PRO which allows you to listen on multiple devices (2) at same time. They change it to one device at a time w/o any notification.
I was getting double charged by saavan one for monthly and another yearly but am not seeing yearly subscription in my account after canceling my monthly. I was tired find the contact of customer service to resolve my issue. It would be great if you improve the customer service specially when you are charging us.
Lags and low quality audio. Limited collection . Not worth trying.
I have a pro account, and the app has not been working fir a month. Multiple emails to customer service, and I didn’t even get a reply.
