Jira Data Center

My corp jira is behind an SSO login page, and this app won't even let me try logging in. It demands to have unauthenticated access.

The latest update has broken logging into the app (some garbage about custom headers being filtered) Looks like a “security update” is filtering headers (including the mobile version on the /server-info) so the app stops working. Do you guys even attempt to use your own software? And raising this with Atlassian has been impossible. What a customer hostile organization. For anyone else reading this, see JRASERVER-71175 ticket to re enable the ability to use the app. Basically create a dark flag in Jira to disable this new security thing. jira.redirect.anonymous.404.errors.disabled

Still no JSD support for the app. Atlassian a once responsive modern company is turning into another massive to big for their boots corporate. Server / Datacenter customers are now treated like 2nd class citizens. I know many admins fed up of waiting for years and years to get basic functionality working!

Delivered very little. Very poor. Jira Service desk in a desktop/ipad browser is great ( when you have all the plugins required to add major short falls in functionality ) but using this app is near on impossible. Pointless. Will continue to use in a browser.

I was really hoping this would improve user experience on Jira from a mobile device, sadly it‘s a utter joke! It‘s nothing more than a browser with a „nice“, but overly simplified, interface. Completely useless! I also don‘t understand why it needs Jira 8.3 to run...

My company uses client certificates to authenticate the user, however when I enter the url of the Jira I get “ No valid client certificate found in the request. No valid certificates found in the user's certificate store. Please try again choosing a different authentication method.”, However when logging in from the browser it works fine, allowing me to chose the certificate. Please fix this

I like how it is simple to use compared to a web version. Also it works well with assistive technologies whic is a big plus for me.

App is not useful at all! What’s the point of using it to get notifications on tickets if it keeps logging you out so you don’t get notified? What’s the point of enhanced phone security if you don’t make use of it and I have to re-type my credentials every time? Such a pain. I have to simplify my password and make my account less secure just so I can use this app.

Text fields like description and comments currently have a negative line height - multiple lines of text are displayed on top of each other, making the app completely unusable. If only Atlassian had a bug tracking system to manage issues with their app….
