Worst app I ever use
Always server issues are there
Always disappointing
Most pathetic payment app, I have came across this app, always have some bugs and issues which are never rectified
Wonderful
app with so many advancements to see statements and so many options to see details credit cards and upi also, This app is defining the wonderful future of the J&K bank and i am giving 5 stars because they are improving day by day

Server down issues are so frequent Also it is very slow
Busy Server
The JK bank's server is always busy. Most of the times transactions fail because their servers are busy most of the time.
