When it works it works, but the app is plagued by bugs, lag issues, random outages where no functions work at all.

After update the application not able to pay the pill on iPhone X the app crash after receive OTP . Pls fix it ASAP.

In the old app there was a feature that calculates your available cash in your account . (Meaning your money in saving and checking minus your credit card spending ). So when I open the app I just know I have that amount in my account . Also your attempt in the smart assistant AI is worse than Siri 10 years ago . The problem with JKB is they don’t understand the importance of UX research. You need to hire UX professionals to better design the overall experience.

Application not working on iPhone 12 pro from 2 weeks ago, I’m outside jordan and I can’t manage my account!!

This version of the app is not functional at all. Don’t you have a Quality Assurance team to check these things before you submit them?

The app doesn’t log in and gave me error 106 said the username or password not correct but the same username and password working properly on the old app and i don’t have other username and password

It’s a great mobile application, I like the application simplicity, Fast loading speeds, Flexibility, Graphical Design, and Integrate social media. All my best to Jordan Kuwait Bank.
