It’s good except if your shuttle driver leaves without you there’s no way to cancel to get another headed towards you

I love this app! Easy to use and I love the updates on timing.

The shuttle makes the trip so enjoyable taking you to all the places on the property it’s the way to go

Makes traveling with kids and grandkids so easy!

Big cedar pushing this app is a terrible decision. The app is too confusing for the countless amount of elderly people on vacation at big cedar. And this app just makes everything so much more difficult for transport. The landlines at gift shops, the marina are pointless because you need a poorly made and integrated app. Both the app and landlines should be able to call a shuttle

The shuttle app made our experience amazing! So easy to use and efficient. And the shuttle drivers are wonderful too!

This is essentially Uber for guests of Big Cedar! Such a great app, and it enabled quick and easy transportation around the resort.
