Very poor
We have several Joan units in our office and they are just terrible. They constantly freeze and you can’t reboot them via the app or web portal. The closest you can do is ‘re-pair’ but this rarely works. I charged all units overnight and many of them are frozen with meeting info from this morning. This is not an isolated incident. It happens on a weekly basis. We have great WiFi throughout the building yet these units constantly lose connection. Very frustrating system.
