Very Terrible app and very terrible customer service. You might as well use the Apple Square app
Yea won’t be using this again. They put a hold on any outgoing transactions for 10 DAYS when you sign up. You can have as many incoming transactions you want but, if you need to transfer out for 10 BUSINESS DAYS you can’t do anything. Not to mention it takes another 2-3 days on top of that to be able to use the money since you have to transfer it out to your bank. Won’t be using this account again.
Honestly i would be fine with this software if there card reader would just connect. I don’t expect much from free software or pay as you go but i did expect it too connect to my card reader. I’m just starting out but already gone through 2 card readers. I attempted to charge a client but my card reader would not connect and would update forever and never stopped. I’ve had this issue twice. I message support , they responded with troubleshooting but didn’t work. They don’t have a way to a fix the card reader issue beyond troubleshooting article. I asked for a free card reader and they ignored the request. So I tried alternative option we have to get paid and used a link. They claimed my client input the information wrong and my client showed it charged him. They said the payment would be reversed but this whole situation could have been avoided if they got a card reader that worked or if I use different software.
This app holds your money and prevents transfers for two weeks or more. So any card payments you take in won’t be available until after their waiting period.
Hello, daily user here love it. One small thing I wanted to suggest, whenever I accept a job it creates an unread message notification on the chat, a notification I have to then go clear or I see it on the Home Screen making me feel like I’ve missed something, it’s a lot of extra steps to accepting a job that seem unnecessary, I don’t know of any other app that leaves an unread message notification when the user is the one sending the message. Happening enough for me to feel like saying something, but other than that great super helpful app.
UPDATE Marty and the Jobox team quickly fixed my issue, as well as other ones that happened later on. I really appreciate this. There’s some things this app can improve or add on to, but for the most part it does its just job and does it well. Thank you for the team to caring enough to listen and address these concerns and issues. Greg ———————————- The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format. I don’t know what the update just did, but I use iOS and I was unable to take payment from a customer with my reader. Thankfully they had cash and the remaining $9 we did manually on card. After that I go and look at what just happened - all my history and reports and everything is gone. I don’t have anything and this app is now unusable, and I’m wondering now what to do with payments and how to get through the day, weekend, etc until this is fixed.

Tried to use the customer service they answer in a huge delay and make hard time to get the money after charge the customers, not recommended
