JobStack Associate

This Jobstack app is horrible. I couldn’t find no job it kept telling me to use lower version of the app and it kept tellig me to upgrade the app but it doesn’t have any Houston jobs here!

Very unprofessional, I still haven’t received any payment for the day that I worked and when I tried to call they all referred me back to a 855 number that never answered.

I don’t like to give bad reviews but I wasn’t aware that there was a policy stating if I missed a phone call that I would be removed from a job.also the person who answered the phone when I returned the call 2 minutes later was very rude.so yea I’m gonna give this review a 1 star

Job is not good has not been helping. I’ve been trying to get support will always be removed from tickets even though you accept a job no matter how close how far I’ve called multiple agencies and haven’t got really any answers or any future future gigs. It’s really hard to get any feedback from this gig or app at all. It’s not really usable at all it’s bad :(((((((((((( would not recommend!

Use the new app.

As usual the fakery with gig apps knows no boundaries. I’ve been waiting over 6 months for a callback from tech support in regards to why I can’t login on the app. I can login on a desktop no probs. So called customer service gives me the runaround to #s that don’t do anything but ‘submit a ticket’…Also no callbacks for work even though I went through onboarding and passed background checks

This app is a scam. At least on the former one we could book jobs. This one will not even allow me to take jobs i've done before. It appears that i'm no longer qualified to do demolition, construction, labor or even store resets. Even though I've been doing that for this company for years. Every job I've taken has been blocked or put in pending mode until its cancelled. Even jobs marked "Instant Accept". The app claims it will add me to the schedule then says it's umable to book me. This is really frustrating. I need to pay bills too. Being rejected for every opportunity hurts my chances to do that. This app only helps the booking team do less for associates. It has made the peopleready staff lazier and rude. When I bring these issues up with my local branch they abruptly cut me off and bury me in policy talk. I was a loyal worker for years. This has screwed me over. Might as well just hit up EDD because Peopleready no longer keeps me Employed. Thanks for nothing.

They will be sued very very soon they don’t want to pay you for your hrs you’ve worked no problem sued. They want to mislead you to download another app in hopes you log out or delete the app so they can lock you out of the good app that works in my area no problem sued. Who does stuff like that crooks do that and from my experience there all crooks from the people sitting in the offices pushing buttons to the people they contract you out to for outrageous prices to work for fractions of that price these people are beyond greedy.

I like how convenient it is to get a job. They find it - you accept it . Good .
