super useful
It’s a cool idea basically I've established a baseline for my life, which is pretty low lol ,but it has pushed me to attack certain areas of my life and I dig that . Would like to personalize categories to fit my own goals for a more personal and specific evaluation.
Only used for a couple days but love it already. My only suggestion is the ability to check back on scoring definitions during the nightly evaluation. Still learning the exact definition of each numerical score.
You have probably heard about taking a holistic perspective on health: that’s what this app does. It reminds you that just lifting weights or being in shape isn’t the only goal for reaching your goals. Did you reach your intellectual reading goals today? How about your relationship goals? I love this app because it reminds you to look at your whole self and reminds you to look at everything. One recommendation: include meditation. Great app. I highly recommend it.
Podcast #226 and the book have been game changers for me since they came out. The book provides a link to a spreadsheet to track the numbers, but the app takes it to a whole new level in terms of ease and accessibility. I, like a fellow app reviewer, liken this to a Jesuit Examen-I have found myself using the app consistently during my evening shutdown, definitely shows the gaps in my game and sets the tone for tomorrow’s activities….Cheers!!!
Useful app overall, great for competing against your past self. One small interface change I would really appreciate seeing is if you could get rid of the info button and move that section of text onto the same page as the evaluation itself. I find myself constantly toggling back & forth in order to properly evaluate myself. TLDR: The rubric of a scoring chart aught to be right next to where you score
A daily self evaluation that notifies me at a set time daily eliminating the possibility of excuses to break the habit CRAZY. Accountability, I like it!
I love the App and view it as a modern day Jesuit Examen. I too agree that the ability to write short notes and even record voice memos would greatly enhance the overall experience. If the producers wants to go real deep, automated, linked articles, podcasts, videos... that help one with their weakness would greatly aid the student. Great App!
Must give an additional day to complete evals. Either due to working overnight or other daily factors, I often don’t have the time to do my eval before midnight each evening. Must be able to complete the previous days eval the following morning. Will currently start doing each daily eval in the morning, but reflect on the previous day as a work around. In any case, I’d like the issue to be sorted out so my calendar and planner dates align. Would also like to have a notes section/option.
Reminders don’t work. I’ve tried to set them numerous times and have yet to get one reminder. This leads to another problem: you can only score the current day you are on; so, if you miss a day or if you work second or third shift you can easily end up missing the switch. Other than that it seems to work great
