JOCO - E-bikes for Delivery

I been waiting a week to reset my password and I never get a email like this frustrating

Easy to rent a bike through the app. Lots of locations to get a bike and get unlimited battery swaps.

This service truly changed my life! I have never been able to make so much money while delivering in one day without owning my own bike. The call center Is extremely helpful- the respond back if I have any issues at all. Really grateful for this app. Will be using this very a long time

I had credits to use, but they deleted them after an update. I sent multiple emails and never got a response. Besides that, the bikes are bad. They barely have any battery in them, a full charged battery lasts maybe 3 hours, the bikes randomly shuts off at times even with a lot of battery left, their gps map of the bikes don’t even update. It’ll show 2/8 bikes available and when you go to the location, there are none. Overall, bad experience with Joco. It’s cheaper to rent a Whizz bike than renting with Joco.

You will spend most of your time at the station waiting to get a battery most of the bikes are broken if there are any bikes to use the staff is nice but the middle management are rude and condescending.

Every day is a new madness, bad bikes, bad costumer service, bad batteries, don’t even wast your time Even though I have 3 days left on my weekly pass , you can take it. Going to Whizz and going with all my friends that I have brought to JOCO. I will check every day to see if you have deleted my review, if you do i will put it back. Scammers!!

If you wanna run to the battery swap every 30 mins then this service is for you oh I forgot there are no batteries to swap at the “battery swap location” trash bike company

Don’t recommend using this company. Bikes are damaged with batteries constantly running out while using them for a short period of time. Company has had numerous outages when using the bike. Customer service takes forever to respond when you need them. Worth it just getting your own electric bike or use citi bike
