Horrible customer service
The home page on the app continuously reloads. Very stressful. That isn’t a problem on the website though. But don’t waste your time and money ordering from Jolse. Some of their products have expiration dates that are within 6 months (without you even knowing before ordering them). And if you ever have an issue with your order, even if it is due to their mistake, they’re still unwilling to work it out with you. I no longer shop there anymore. I would recommend other websites that sell Korean products. There’s several out there with much better customer service!!
