Dah bayar tapi lambat gilee update masuk system pon. Tolong improve apps ni..

Dah buat payment pun still kata orang tak bayar,bahaya jenis macam ni..makesure kena record sendiri setiap transaksi pembayaran..sibuk nak buat auto debit,tapi apps tak updated langsung!!

Payment did not update in apps..please update..when call customer services all time busy and did not pick up the call

I dont understand why i should pay when they already deduct it from my bank. The system couldn’t even track payment? If the payment made within May DO NOT use the payment for JUNE. What the heck is this app doing??? This app need to improve or otherwise consider to give up this app. Seems like review doesn’t make this app improve any. God I am so mad 🤌🏽

apps pantat bodoh..orang dah bayar ,balance tak tolak dari bulan 11 tahun lepas..call customer service tak pernah angkat..lambat bayar 3 hari dah sibuk call suruh bayar ..bangang..lain kali kalau tak boleh angkat customer call..buang je hp tu..orang call sebab ada soalan,bukan sengaja call!

App cannot select bank to pay instalment , called many times to customer service no one answer it , send email also no any response!!!

Kenapa sistem aplikasi selalu problem? , ini bukan kali pertama tak boleh bayar ni da banyak kali apps nya buat hal,masa nak bayar je mesti tk boleh , n then kalau lambat ada cas pembayaran , wah untung ya😌
