Opened a chargeback because I received only half of what I bought. Without any proof of delivery for the full order they sided with the merchant. I’ve never seen this with any other credit card provider. They completely ignored their client to benefit a merchant.

Joompay sent me a card and a letter stating that I can top it up using the link. When I discovered that it was impossible to make any payment links, I asked why they send the first letter with a feature that does not exist. They said: "oh yes, we finally read the letter that we send to clients ourselves and what is written there does not work, sorry dude." Okay, I made a top up in a different way, then used it to buy in the store to check that everything works. But after that, a new surprise - they decided to check my data, as if there was not enough data for which they issued a card to me. Ok, I don't mind checking, no problem. But a day later they told me that I did not pass the verification and my account was blocked. Okay, it's up to you if I'm not the right client for you. But come on guys, now give me back my money. But to this they say: "Any remaining funds will be held in case they are subject to third-party claims". Guys, are you serious? You took my money and after that, under the pretext that I didn’t suit you, you just decided to keep it for yourself? I do not like this game! Refund my money immediately!!

Hello all potential clients / users. Do not waste a single minute if your time to try register and use services of Joompay company. I was blocked even before finished registration and my real identity verified. I want to give hard feedback to company that this is not customer oriented approach. If you consider this as standard in 2022 I feel as necessary to write this very negative feedback. Last kiss was nonsense answer from support before I decided to write this negative review 2022/11/11 received developer answer. Facts: My concerns not addressed. Digitally onboarding process terminated before ANY relevant information entered. App badly designed with no correction, digital onboarding process has ZERO support

Eu gostava de ter o vosso cartão mas não consigo obtê-lo está tudo escrito em inglês e eu não falo nem compreendo o inglês. Se traduzirem tudo para português não só eu obtinha o cartão mas também muitas centenas de portugueses que estão na minha situação. Cumprimentos Manuel Brites

je déconseille d’installer cette appli on me demande d’envoyer la photo de ma carte d’identité pour la vérification dans le service client puis ils ont désactiver mon compte juste après !
