This isn’t like other journal apps, the AI Tool acts like a therapist , you can go deeper and ask questions.. it is helping me sort out my thoughts , my emotions and allowing me to take positive actions . It’s a tool I reach to in times of need and stress.

I really like using this app has a lot of great features and it’s really helped me get out of my head. The only two comments I would make are; 1. you need a better voice for the guided meditation 2. The breathing exercises should also be guided so you can close your eyes and focus on breathing. Otherwise its are really useful app!!

this app has so much value, no ads, loads of thoughtful additions, not to mention most of it is free. if your complentating getting this app just do it, its so worthwhile TRUST ME. one suggestion I have is to add more catergories of quotes e.g Eastern Orthodox but thats a suggestion. love this app

i was using free version for month and then decided okay i’m gonna buy subscription. do i see any difference ? not rly. the paid options don’t make it more profound. meditations and breathing techniques that are basic and okay, available in another apps but available so i could do not pay. affirmations.. is it a joke? such basic stuff like you read a newspaper. not rly uplifting nor motivating. my main reason, maybe questions ? gonna be more options and journaling is more profound with variations of questions that will change every day, just as they advertise before you buy it? but no. i get exactly the same questions every day or with a change one question but the same ones. the app done nicely. the the it’s filled up with information/questions is poor. some work is done whatsoever, so i give 3/5 for paid version, if i wouldn’t buy it i’d say its better because the system with answering questions helps me. but i wish the variety of questions that make me thing about my life, my actions and ideas, emotions etc would be WAY wider.

so perfect if you want to journal but find it too much to pick up your journal and pen every evening. the design is so simple but so effective. the prompts are lovely. layout is perfect. just love this app.

Useful app to use, however thought it could still be improved a little bit more so that might be some more exercises as well as journaling suggestions to do with some more types of family relationships apart from Mother’s Day and other relationships such as being with someone in a romantic relationship and even some included to try to do with friendships.
