Lit bank easy to use

I started Banking with Jovia in the 1990's when they were NEFCU. I have always gotten great customer service and great rates on CD's. I dealt with the Rockville Centre Branch for many years. Now my favorite branch is the one in Northport. The staff there is excellent and always feel they are looking out for my best interests. No matter what Branch I have gone into I have always gotten excellent customer service from the people in the bank and the tellers. Great Business Model.

Can’t get ahold of customer service. Slow transactions. They charged me $30 for insufficient funds for their own error. You have to go to their website for some stuff and the app for the others.

I’m concerned about the amount of personal data this app collects and links to user identities. Specifically, there’s no clear reason why a credit union app like this needs to collect and link location data to its users. For comparison, Navy Federal, the largest credit union in the world, doesn’t engage in this unnecessary data collection, so why does Jovia? I urge the developers to reconsider their data collection policies and focus on prioritizing user privacy and trust. Credit unions should safeguard member information, not overreach.

I have been a member of Jovia (formally Nassau Educators Federal Credit Union) for more than 35 years. Consistently excellent service over the years. Highly recommended.

hello, i have been with jovia for over 7 years and i love them! but i do have to say, they really need to update this app! it moves so slow.

Cannot do a mobile deposit been trying for over a week removed app reloaded app nothing works. it keeps telling me to retake the picture and it couldn’t capture the picture, yet The picture is right there clearly on my phone Called Jovia they have no idea they say I’m the only one with this problem. Really? It happens with every account I have and my family has also tried mobile deposits with their accounts and the same thing happens. now I have to physically go to the bank, which is not near me, to make a deposit. Completely frustrated.
