Joy ON Kehel - Kegel Exercises

When I originally bought this product several years ago the app worked and had games and exercises. Hadn’t used it in a while and came back to find it no longer even has exercises. Just “massage” option. Could we at least get the old exercises back????

What was the point of buying this if you were going to take away ALL the features that made it worth buying? Now it does NOTHING but let you ‘massage.’ The games are gone. The strength measuring is gone. I guess we all got scammed. Might as well throw it away.

I can’t even connect to the app. When I follow the directions, I can’t even tap the icon to even attempt to connect it.

What a waste of money. No exercise component at all. Switch it back or dont even offer!

If I could give this Zero stars, I would. What a Joke. Don’t spend your money on this. I bought this product to use WITH the app.. I used the product for a very short time, and when I tried to use it again to do some “Exercises or games”, I couldn’t. All the app will let you do now is a massage. Will this ever be fixed? By the reviews, is sounds like this has been an issue for awhile. Looks like I will probably have to spend more money and hopefully buy from a company who stands by their product. I really do hope this gets fixed.

It's like they downgraded the app and took away the little games and measurements. Just go buy something else it's not worth it.

I just bought the device to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles. I liked the idea of the app and being able to track my progress and see the biofeedback. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t work like the YouTube video shows. There’s no button to set up your account. You can’t see any of the exercises which is disappointing. You can only see the 4 massage modes.
