After registration again asking re registration It’s repeating Waste of time

After complete all process till pin code generate app auto close. Then again i try to login its showing if not matching. Almost 5 time i tried and result is same. Need to improve.

Worse experience with services

Their exchange rate is reasonable, app is simple to use but their service is worst. My account became suddenly inactive even my EID is still valid. I have been informed the branch and there is only two or three branches in whole Emirates of Abu Dhabi.

Useless application because only through center bank we can make payment which is almost impossible because it not only take too much time but every time showing some error even though I have tried from two of my accounts in two different banks. I recommend to them to adopt Al Fardan and LuLu exchange like system of direct debit from debit card.

Already installed this app I can’t register when am entering my Eid number and mobile number it’s showing data not match

The App does not work most of the time, as ‘Try Later’ message appears and could not access.
