Something is going on with the app it just keeps closing. I love this app and use it daily but what’s wrong??

This app will having you watching numerous commercials and then will not give you the points for watching said commercials. Next, it will tell you what needs fixing o be done to receive the points; you do it and a I’ll do not receive the points! Lastly, the fb, WhatsApp & twitter apps that are supposed be o give you points if you do whatever it says is definitely not working ring and had not been for about a month. So no points for that either!

After earning pearls or coins, they are not added correctly to your account total. It will often show a lower amount and you will not be able to open chapters. Watching ads to unlocked chapters is also not working correctly. I watched SIX different ads before the app registered that I watched one. This is a frequent issue. They’re not short ads either, so it’s 5+ minutes of time wasted. I have also had to pay to unlock a chapter twice one SEVERAL occasions. The books are okay, overall. The app is buggy though.

When I first started reading on this app the coins were worth more like 10-25 coins Now they are worth less. More like 5 coins to 2 coins. You make it difficult to continue to read but by the time you realize what they have done you are so invested in their stories. So obviously the stories are great but figure something out please

I have never left a negative review for app before until today. For two days straight, I have been having trouble with getting my app to log back in. I have came out of pocket to purchase pearls and I can even benefit from them. I finally was able to get somebody on chat and he just told me oh it’s a problem with it not been up-to-date. We fixed it, I let them know that my apps are all clear my browser history I restarted my phone and reconnected my Internet as well after some of that I have not had a response since I am so ashamed of this app I really like some of these authors and the function of this app is taking away from their hard work.

The more chapters you read the more pearls they charge! Story I got pulled into has o er 1600 chapters!!! Im only on 70 and I already spent $20 I’ll end up spending close to $500!!! Just to finish this story 😡😡😡😡😡
