The waiting time while finding a rider is crazy. 30mins sometimes 10mins on average. You really need to work on the efficiency of finding a ride quickly.

I don’t understand your booking system, this is extremely frustrating to wait more than 1hour just because your system is trying to connect with the nearest driver, are you kidding me?…this is too much!!!! 1 hour pending? And you’re a serious company? I don’t want to say that your components are better but it doesn’t take that long to book a bike. This is crazy!!! Even one star rate you don’t deserve!!! And this is the 3rd time that I’m facing this…FIX YOUR BOOKING SYSTEM Developpers what are you guys doing ? This is too much. I lost a job offer because of this app…

Magalang si kuya rider at mabait

Bakit walang rating feature yung Joyride app after ng transaction? Sobrang bagal mag-drive ng rider ko kanina kaya na-late ako ng 1 minute which is an automatic 15 min deduction dito sa work. Frustrating kasi I use riding app like Joyride para sa mas mabilis na biyahe compared sa commute. I usually arrive 15 minutes early pag Joyride kahit heavy traffic sa service road. Kanina maluwag yung kalsada pero pumapalo lang ng 25-30 yung takbo ng rider. Lahat ng motor naiwan na kami. Lahat ng stop inabutan kami, Hindi siya nag overtake. Lahat ng kotse tinutukan lang niya. Makes me wonder if: 1. First time ba niya mag drive ng motor? Para kasing nagpapractice lang si kuya. 2. E-bike ba yung gamit? Pwede ba yung E-bike? Sobrang bagal, ni hindi ko kasi masyado narinig yung makina. 3. Sira ba yung motor? Sobrang bagal kasi. Nasa main road kami, pero yung rider parang takbong nasa loob ng garahe. Para lang siyang nagmemenor buong ride. 4. Nacocontrol ba ng rider yung appearance ng rating buttons after ng transaction? Please have a regular check sa mga motorcycle vehicle ng riders if by any chance na hindi umaandar nang tama. For safety reason and for convenience din ng passenger. Kasi parang ganun ganon lang na unsatisfactory yung service pero thank you na lang.
