Hi, I am Malaysian, and I very much like to use your product Facial Mask. I wanna try other products but the shipping fees very expensive.

Hard to get someone to discuss about issues and feeling kinda cheated with the birthday gifts but the CS did not care to help to handle ! Lack of information about 3x points on 5/5, just placed order a few days ago…and also did not get the birthday voucher too! Messages keep providing information about the shipping on each of the messages sent to them.

I hope that will be more English version on the description and how to use the product and what are its benefits ky23 unicorn new user first
