It’s good but to slow i share my experience with 3 stars bcuz of there service

Bank transfers are very delayed and so is the customer service. Sadapay is a much better option!

I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts on the JS Bank Transfer App. I must say, the app is doing very good work! Its services are truly exceptional, and I have thoroughly enjoyed using it. I have nothing but excellent reviews for the app and the team behind it. Dash Racegear

Overall I am happy with the JS app experience but sometimes I need to make payments on challans of university like GIKI but there is no option of 1Bill Top-Up anywhere in JS app. I had to use HBL app for 1Bill top up. Please add this feature in the app and payment of utility bills through credit card from the app.

Worst service. Even worse customer support. All your life will be in calling them to file disputes for payments that got deducted on pos or from atm. Support will put you on hold and will hang up after a while. Never ever they have reversed a failed transaction within 24 hours. I was thinking of getting their credit card but after so many bad experiences wont even think of it.

2 hours useless wait after Fingerprint Verification

Web It asks for face verification and on every try it gives success message. After that nothing happens. On mobile app Frequently asking finger print verification and after that you have to wait 2 hours to use your own account. Seriously? What type of security is that and who even suggested this to developers.

V FILL THE AMOUNT IN NUMBERS IT AUTOMATICALLY BE WRITTEN IN ALFABICALLY ON SECOND LINE WEAR V PUT THE AMMONT LIKE ON CHECK BOOK V FILLL OUT BOTH SOME TIME V CONFUSE FOR SEEING COMMA & DOT SO WITH BOTH WAYS IT WIL BE CLEAR HAVING ANY DOUGHT

The app is good overall compared to other banks. But some improvements can be made.
