Not only does it crash continuously and the check out page loads once in a blue moon. But even when it does decide to function properly you can’t to up unless you already have data?! Makes absolutely no sense to prevent you from accessing the internet to STOP you from buying more credit. 🤦🏻♂️
Not able to register my Daughters number. Just a continuous loading sign (small circle) I’ve been in touch with JT but they’re no help at all. What is the point in this app if we can register/log on? Also, another annoying thing.... you can only get the perks (extra data, calls etc) if you top up via the app. I’d give it zero stars if I could
I really don’t know why other ppl are complaining about this app. I’ve been using it for like two years and it works really well tbh - no problems at all. I rlly like that you get some free data after topping up. I haven’t given 5 stars bc I think they could polish up the design a bit.
