1/3 of the time there’s always a problem with Jumia Food. Usually it’s the wrong order items which means the vendor is the issue, yet as a customer you suffer trying to rectify anything. Cold food, wrong item, it can even take 2 days to get an issue resolved and it’s always a voucher for Jumia food when you just want to get your money back and order from somewhere else. I get we’re trying to have something like Uber Eats in the market but the way things are going, this isn’t it in Uganda. Bad bad bad
It has a great feature where you can see the progress of the rider bringing your food items. Lately however it’s been acting up and sometimes doesn’t work. Otherwise very satisfied.
Je me suis fais débité de l’argent sur l’application pour des commandes que je n’ai pas reçu et je n’ai jamais eu de retour pour mon remboursement. Le service clients n’a pas de téléphone et le chat ce bloque quand vous demander vos remboursement. Glovo est 1000 fois mieu. Jumia son des voleurs.
This app fails about 50% of the time and then you have fo fight and beg for your refund which takes days.
This is a really frustrating app to use, especially if you aren’t using a Nigerian bank account or card. Sometimes the vendors will cancel the order randomly if they don’t have one item instead of calling to change or even remove - this happens because the app doesn’t have any function to allow any customization or even messaging to the vendors. They have also somehow lost 3 of my refunds. Ordered something with my international credit card, they randomly cancelled the order three times and charged me three times (a couple hundred dollars each time). They said it’ll take 3-7 business days - never saw it. Then said to wait another 3-5 business days, still not here. And there’s no follow up or details on where this refund is - they’ve truly lost it and have no idea how to find it.

Application bien dans l ensemble, hormis quelques beugs quand on demande de rentrer l adresse.
Credit card option never works which is really annoying.
