Old content
I signed up to do a new 90 day workout, which is fine, but the rest of the content seems to be old. July 2023??? You can’t look up a workout by length of time. I am not finding anywhere on the app routines that show boxer skip, cross over, double jump. I can find that on YouTube but then why pay for this app??

Been jumping with the dudes since Covid shut everything down in 2020. Started with the YouTube videos. Then progressed to doing the free monthly workouts that you could download as a pdf. Had to set my own timers and such back then. Did shredded ninja before it in video format. Did a lot of jumping without JRD TV and jrd tv has been so awesome. I just open up the app each day and there is the workout to follow along with. Takes little to no planning on my part and love having someone to follow along with. Love the dudes and love the app!!
Cannot sign in
Before I updated app I could sign in, now it won’t accept my Sign-in, what is the problem…..
Preview Mode is not good
Downloaded app to see if it would be worth paying for but you can’t even view the content without upgrading.
