Increased my rating to 3 stars from 1 star as managed to get my iPhone X to connect via Bluetooth. Rebooting the iPhone fixed a bug in the iPhone which affected Bluetooth, some functionality with the right button and the ability to delete apps!
App does not work - can’t register
This app needs some work. I purchased the mini wireless tens unit. Initially unable to register my email on the app as I received an error message time and time again. Fixed this by force closing the app and trying again until it eventually worked. Then encountered another issue where the app would not find the tens unit via Bluetooth. I almost gave up, but was able to connect via Bluetooth eventually. If you go to the settings in the app (after registering), then go to health products, add the FHR and tens therapy tools, then go back to the home page and touch the tens button, it will automatically search and find your tens unit if it is powered on. I was able to use the app with no other issues after this.
Similar to other reviews here, app cannot connect via Bluetooth on iPhone to the Tens device. Tens device is therefore useless. Will be returning for a full refund. Amazing that a well known local chain is selling this nonsense for almost $100.
I need to reset my password and get a message that says mailbox error. If I try to register a new email address I get the same error message
You have register by email that gives you a code which you must enter within 60 seconds of clicking “send email” button. But the email takes on average 120 seconds which expires that code and over you start again and again and again and again. DO NOT BUY THE JUMPER UNIT.
I just purchased for Tens and the app crashes, I can’t even use it! What a rip! PLEASE GET THIS SORTED!! FYI I’m using an iPhone 12 pro!
Just received my Mini TENS device and cannot register. When trying to enter my birthday, cannot press complete to finalise. Extremely frustrating... Cannot register via my laptop or tablet either.
My wife uses the app for her TENS machine. Every time she connects it crashes within seconds. Using latest iOS on an iPhone 7.
I can hear my babies heart beat at 16 weeks but unfortunately can’t use the app. The Bluetooth will not connect to my iPhone 11. Phone updates have all been installed but no matter what I try the device will not connect. App assistance is all in Chinese which I can’t read so doesn't seem to be any assistance.
