crashing

the game keeps crashing at later stages with 4 to 5 rounds. i realised it's because i probably used too many towers with soldiers that are deployable and maybe my phone's ram can't handle but what is going on? it keeps crashes when i'm at the final round please help.

Fantastic TD from Ironhide as usual, but a few missed steps.

Junkworld TD will scratch that itch you have for Ironhide games. It’s fun and engaging, but unfortunately there are a few puzzling decision choices which bar it from greatness. You may expect the tried-and-tested formula of interesting heroes and tower abilities, and the squashing of enemy creeps. The storyline is wafer-thin, but acceptable. Leveling is unnecessarily grindy for what is essentially a free game for existing Arcade subscribers; you may never see the maximum limits of each hero/tower/tactic because of the deep time investment required. Exacerbating this is the odd developer choice to restrict each stage to only 3 waves. Every TD fan knows the satisfaction of sitting back and watching fully upgraded towers going ham on endless creep waves, but this epic demolition is withheld because you will never get there with just 3 waves. Every stage ends just when things start getting good, which is quite the irritation. It also restricts the myriad of tower combinations one may try out. Since they have based the entire game balance around the idea of 3 “quick waves on the go”, I doubt this will change. One can only hope they release more resources per wave so the tower build-up ramps faster, or increase the wave counts, but in future this is not the direction TD games should be taking (my frank opinion as a player who has completed every single Ironhide game). Devs, please keep it up, do not let this discourage experimentation for Junkworld TD is a very good game worth its salt.

Good TD again from Ironhide

Among all of the Ironhide TD games, This really takes the cake, requiring you to crack your brain cells. The first 5 rounds is quite tough and its just tutorial! Overall its still the same old Ironhide TD, just different layout different tower different ability.

Stunning graphics, but too easy

I love the world they made, but the game is too easy to play. You just place the towers and most of the time you win without a need to touch anything! Which is a bummer.

I rarely leave reviews, but this game gets 5 stars! I have played games that lacked a lot and were pay to win. I would have gladly paid $9.99 to play this game. Shout out to the devs that made this game happen! Y’all rock!

Agree with the April 2024 review

I’m a HUGE KINGDOM rush fan. I’ve been for almost a decade. Junkworld is a departure from the other games in that it requires much more strategy. The level of difficulty imo is rather inconsistent, some will be rather easy and the next will extremely difficult then the one after super easy, which can be a bit jarring. I like that it keeps you on your toes. However, as the April 2024 review says, there are instances where the Tactics are no longer usable in the sense that touch no longer works. So they’re there on your screen, but you can’t use them. The final straw for me that made me delete the game from my phone was when it occurred during a boss battle. It was quite sadistic to see the boss trampling everything and you just watch because the Tactics row is there, but you can’t use it. It’s been 7 months since that last review and it still hasn’t been fixed so obviously the developers don’t care too much about the issue. Just a heads up to future gamers, the fact that Tactics is disabled will make your progress much much more difficult. Sadly, for me, that does not justify playing this game any longer.

Expectation based on the Kingdom Rush series.

I don’t like that I can’t upgrade the towers or buy new ones during battle. Also there seems to be a lot going on and it’s hard to concentrate on all of it.
