They could at least give you one other free of choice
It’s good for beginners.
Simppeli ja mukava reenisovellus kotona kuntoilemiseen!
Fun app to take a challenge with friends, but very dangerous ’training programs’. Just an idea of 6 weeks doing 3 exercise untill failure is totally against all experience and scientific research. It is very likely this kind of programs do het people injured instead of exited of training and development.
If I use an app for more than 2 weeks, I think it's usefull. I've been using this for a month now and it seems to give me results... my laziness is to blame when results don't show up :) Jani Senshido Helsinki
Nice and easy. One nice thing to have would be to see more future workouts than just the next one. Eventhoug they might change according to your results. It would be nice to see how the workout will form towards getting the 100 push ups.
Quite simply, the program just doesn’t work. The whole idea is you gradually increase the push-ups you do until you can do 50 in one go on your 3rd day of the 6th week. Well, I’ve been stuck on week 5, day 1 for about 2 weeks now and haven’t been able to hit my mark. I’m able to do quite a few more pushups than I could before, which is why I’ve given it 2 stars, but their program just isn’t a guarantee.
Now they took away features and expect me to pay for “Premium” to get them back? No thanks.
The only improvement I have is to allow us when adding a custom exercise to add a picture not in the approved list.
