I enabled location and it still won’t let me see location or food menus therefore the app just doesn’t work because the location doesn’t work this app is horrible

Just used this app for the first time and wasted almost $10. The kiosk wants you to download the app to order ahead, but does not check if the machine is working before making you pay. In my case, the machine and the card reader on it were both unresponsive, just switching between different advertising screens. Touch screen buttons didn't work and neither did the QR code reader. The search functions for nearby kiosks seems to filter for machines that don't work or are offline but apparently it doesn't. You'd be better off not wasting your money on this scam.

They installed one at my College this year and everything is way too expensive, no College Student is paying $8 for a Tuna Melt, or $10 for some Alfredo Penne. Needs fixing badly.

Be careful using these. They don’t make your order clear before you pay. Didn’t find out I had been charged for 2 meals until later when I got texted my receipt. Way overpriced.

Sliders were actually pretty good, price is meh but overall pretty convenient

Avoid these machines. It happily takes your payment and then says it’s having trouble connecting and to scan a QR code to download the app. Then, if you’re an idiot, you can give them more money and try again. Zero way to get a refund. Beyond frustrating.

I have food sensitivities that aren't covered by the normal allergy warnings. I need a full ingredient list to know if I can eat anything from the kiosks.

The app is unusable on the iphone (missing button), and if the food dispensing machine malfunctions, good luck getting your money back because customer support will do NOTHING when you email them. And the potstickers don’t even come with that dipping sauce!
