Simple and Effective Meditation App
This is great for anyone that needs to relax and learn to meditate. There are 4 different time options of 5,10,15 and 30 mins. You can also choose an ambient sound; heavy rain, sunny beach and city sounds. Once you’ve done that it’s time to meditate. In the advice there’s an explanation to use the 4-7-8 breath. The sphere in the app expands and contracts to help you keep count. I highly recommend giving this a go. Especially now during isolation. I’ve been using it everyday now, for a couple weeks, and I look forward to each session and a bit of self care.
