I hate running
Or rather, I used to hate running? I’ve tried several running apps, but Just Run is the only app that’s gotten me up and out. It’s straight-forward, easy to use and you can choose how hard you want to do the intervals - as long as you do them! And you’ve always got 20 min to spare 2-3 times a week, right? I was initially so bummed when I switched phones in 2022 and it wasn’t available on App store. Imagine my surprise when I checked two months ago and I found it! I got so excited that I told my friends and signed up for a 5 km run in September. It’s going well so far, I just started week 6! Just Run has got my warmest recommendation.
