Just Salad

App crashed my phone after charging me, store had no record of my order. Stole my money, ill never buy from Just Salads again.

I love the choices for Just Salad and am excited to try it. While ordering my food the app lost my order and I had to start again. I copied the verification code exactly and I got a message that said invalid code no matter how many times I entered the exact code. Please fix the app.

Three codes emailed none of them worked. 15 min later checked out as a guest. Experience wasn’t good

Ordered for delivery through app. I double checked my information and placed the order. The delivery location and store information that it was coming from changed after order was made to other side of the state. This is the second time the app has done this. Called Just Salad and they refused to give a refund and I never got the food…

The app quits every time I click on an item, rendering it useless. App is up-to-date. Please fix it.

Having issues with this new app. Wanted to order 3 times in the last 2 weeks and they lost those sales. Back when the old app worked I did wish you could save your favorite location. I order before I leave my house on the way to work. 1 time I didn’t realize it auto selected the nearest one, which was in a neighboring state (5 miles from my home, but in the opposite direction of my job.) Luckily the manager at my usual location recognized me and immediately and gladly honored the order.

Never works

They are very punctual to the time they say of arrival.

Every time I try to look at the menu to order, I get a blank screen.
