Links to any of the personal settings don’t work. I end up doing most of my work on the website outside of the app.
App works but it really doesn’t. I can’t request new questions. My Account, Private Messages, and My Dashboard does nothing when you tap on it. Utterly useless. I have to use the website to do anything.
The new app is simply terrible, can’t copy and paste, the way the questions are laid out are extremely hard to read. I have opted out of multiple questions accidentally, and JustAnswer won’t even allow us to revert back to the old app. This has affected productivity enormously and it’s very frustrating. At this rate I’ll probably quit JustAnswer. The more they change things, the less we make, and the harder it is to use the service to help customers. Wish they’d listen to their experts. I’m willing to bet They don’t even test these apps thoroughly before rolling them out!
I am not sure why this app has no many false and deceitful ratings with people using words like “scam”. These false ratings should be eliminated immediately. This app is for use by the consultants who answer questions on behalf of JustAnswer. Anyone else who is not a consultant is unable to use the app. This app works and it works very well. Customers, meaning people who purchase the JustAnswer monthly subscription for $59/month have a totally different app they are supposed to use. Anyone who calls this service a scam is clearly lying. I am a JustAnswer customer AND a consultant and I can tell you there is nowhere else you will be able to pay between $1 and $5 for a 7 day trial membership to get questions answered by a wide array of certified and credentialed experts. Normally lawyers charge $200/hour, IT Help is $120/hour but you get it all at JustAnswer for a $59/month subscription after the free trial period. You also have the option to purchase premium service so you can talk to someone directly or have a technician remotely connect to your computer for additional per-service engagement fees. Again all far lower than normal $100++/hr costs you would pay for legal advice or for IT Help, etc.
Please make filters and hiding sync between web and app, or at least a way to do both on the app too separately. Also maybe a way to get notification for new questions being posted (and even better by category independently) not just priority inbox notifications.
