Should copy Uber eats courier app. When you accept an order it automatically populates with a map that takes you to where you need to go. Also once you’ve collected the order it auto populates with the map straight to customer on the sat nav. This app compared to Uber eats courier is terrible. A lot of room for improvement. ALSO! should have an app for apple car play to make it even easier to deliver.

When notified of a new order, sometimes it automatically accepts the order automatically which is annoying especially if you have dropped an order off previously in an area that you don’t want further orders from. I no this just effects iPhone users but still needs looking into.

Sadly it’s not professional and you can’t depend on it even for 3hrs App clashes No customer service useless No tips Not enough orders during the shift No delay payments I think you need to work on a lot a lot of cases and listen to drivers Good luck

Collection times need sharing with restaurants. Without sharing it’s just a manipulation tool designed to get couriers to the restaurant within a certain timeframe. If collection times were shared then orders wouldn’t appear on the restaurant’s screens when couriers arrive. This would reduce wait times massively. An unassign button would be of enormous benefit to customers and couriers. If I could reject when I want to the system would reassign and another courier would be dispatched. Currently I have to wait for an overstretched or undertrained support team treating me like dirt and 50% of the time removing the order, the other 50% I have to recontact support to have the order removed. This means the order waits up to 20 minutes for collection and the system can’t dispatch me on another order as support have failed to remove the one I want removed. THIS IS NOT SELF EMPLOYMENT WHEN YOURE NOT FREE TO DO AS YOU WISH WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM AN HOURLY PAID AGENT. An unassign button would negate this and save thousands on salaries that aren’t really worked for or deserved. The app sometimes takes me to a 4G area where connection with the app isn’t possible. This is dangerous as I could need assistance and it’s not there. Everything else works on 4G, just not this app. It’s funny though because there’s no network to contact support, insufficient network to pause orders but sufficient network to send orders. If starting the app in a 4G area the app presents you with a black screen and a buffering circle for AGES. This then goes to a “checking for updates” which takes another eternity and eventually the app will open. If an order is sent to you whilst the app is taking its time to open, you’ll most likely lose the order as the app doesn’t open fully in time to accept. Wait times need to be clearer as any questions asked are met with the deliberate dumbing of the situation with overpaid “support” agents pretending to not understand the question. Being able to sync runs and my Calendar on handset would be common sense. All the above require investment and that hasn’t happened for a very very long time.

You sit around for 4 hours to earn £20 The company treats drivers with disdain

Absolutely crap place to think you are going to earn anything ….. 1/ Only foreigners get the jobs 2/ App is a piece of crap , full of bugs 3/ Too many drivers in a zone , 4/

Stop sending delivery drivers to peckham because they could die straight away and peckham is a CRIME ZONE

Lots of bugs always causing issues.

Worse delivery app ever and support is totally useless
