Be careful, there is no 7 day trial! They take money right away… SCAM
I’m pretty disappointed.
I chose specifically to exercises with no jumping and it still gave me a lot of exercises that clearly include jumping. Second of all, it makes you pay after 3 days so it’s not so free.

DISGUSTING - BODYSHAMING WOMEN AFTER PREGNANCY
In your ads you bodyshame women that have stretched belly after pregnancy, just to download your fricking app. It makes me sick, like… they just straight up dropped another human out of their belly and you shame them for having a stretched belly. This is unhumane. Also your score is 4,7 despite of lack of positive written reviews, which is a sign of bought reviews. Also i tried your stupid app, and honestly it offers nothing inovative whatsoever, especially if you aren’t a beginner looking to get in shape (and for beginner tips you have plenty of free tips from the internet) but more seasoned person looking for variety in their training. Honestly just stop, i thought in 2k24 we were done with blaming women for their body changing after pregnancy
