I’m so glad I’m stumbled onto Justin Augustin on social media and bought his beginners program. I’ve been following his routines consistently for one year now and I’ve lost and kept off 20 lbs! The routines are easy to follow and effective as well as fun to do! I will be following and doing his workouts for as long as I can. I’m 53. It’s never too late!

I’ve purchased many exercise routines previously and I am so incredibly happy with this one. My absolute favourite. I’ll choose one, two or three routines a day as they are quick enough to do without the repetitive routines that would cause me to lose interest. Very effective and targeted movements that won’t cause me injuries and almost meditative at the same time. Bravo coach Justin👏👏👏

My only criticism are the planks. They put too much pressure on my joints, even the wall planks. I have to fast forward through a few workouts to skip the planks, which is not encouraging. I’m a woman in my 40s with a desk job.

I can’t begin to give this app enough stars! This is well worth your monthly fee and more. Every video is not only explained and demonstrated, but there is a level for everyone. Also each workout has a time attached so you can choose whatever you have time for. Most have seated or standing options. Very positive language throughout. They’ve just included a dumbbell routine and meal suggestions. I am obese, disabled and sedentary and was able to start this program and progress at my own pace…now it’s a daily must. I’m more mobile, have lost weight, and I look forward to workout time.

This App is so encouraging. I started doing it and now my husband who has Parkinson's is doing it with me. It helps with his coordination and has boosted my energy. I have also started the monthly challenge. Justin's delivery is very encouraging and makes me want to do more. Importantly, he stresses not to push your body beyond its limits which I tend to do. I feel that this App will help me achieve my fitness and weight loss goals.

During the pandemic, I’ve gained weight and become more sedentary. My fitness level went way down, regular exercise and activity started to hurt. I have felt so discouraged and had started to lose hope of being able to reverse this decline. I’ve been doing Justin’s workouts for 31 days and I am already feeling stronger. I’m so amazed that I’ve been able to stick with it every day. The app and the workouts are very user friendly, gentle and motivating. I have hope. I feel good! Justin is a lifesaver!

Best companion app for exercise without equipment. I have downloaded many exercise apps but this app is thus far the best home workout that I have tried. It’s effective for beginners and sedentary people like me who because of job or age find exercising a challenge and require extra prodding This app is great tool to help you stay motivated and engaged as it does feel like one has a veritable personal fitness trainer, who inspires and encourages you to continue according to your own capacity and physical strength, with such a soothing, serene voice and dynamic background music.

Justin is a warm and inviting individual! I literally hate working out because there is always this “Go! Go! Go! Push harder! Be faster! Do better!” Energy which really turns me off! However Justin’s work outs and general demeanour are so soothing and inviting, his whole vibe is about building a relationship to movement within the body! I have never stayed the course on any kind of physical work out regime, but with this, I feel capable, and I enjoy myself! 10/10 recommend to anyone who has ever felt that working out isn’t for them!
