JVC Headphones

As stated here in past reviews; it does not recognize Model HA-S36W and apparently is an overall useless app. It just never seizes to amaze me how such a useless app by a supposedly quality brand name outfit like SONY is allowed by them to reach the App Store. No testing, no concern for brand name integrity and how much is everybody getting paid to produce this failure? Update: Supported Headphones HA-ET90BT, HA-XC70BT. Why don’t they just list that from the onset if that’s the case. Incompetence!

Doesn’t recognize my HA-S36W headphones so unless someone at JVC is paying attention and updates this app it might as well be removed from the App Store, supporting just one model is ludicrous, if you’re going to develop an app spend enough time on it to make it worth something.

I always use mobile app when available and never have an issue. With JVC my buds will not connect to the app or even are discoverable. They paired with the phone no problem but the app is no good.

Either this app is a scam or it is just garbage. It doesn’t seem to work with any model of JVC headphones, earbuds, or speakers. It is worthless.

I have 4 pairs of high priced JVC headphones and earbuds but the app can’t recognize any of them. This seems to be a running theme with this. My JBL, Bose, JLAB, Beats by Dre, and Skullcandy headphone apps work flawlessly. Do better JVC!!!
