The latest version keeps crashing when trying sync data from the machine. A message stating to restart the app appears. After you press ok, app crashes and we start the loop of the same over and over. It has been broken since Dec 2023

This latest version spins for 5 seconds and it crashes repeatedly. Previous version can never connect to the machine; not sure whether this version corrected the problem. Please fix.

I have a karaoke machine use this app. First Time down load not working when scan QR code only buffering and then out to the main screen , so delete, try next time download scan we code success go in but not working What kind of app you provide Can you fix that right the way please Is it you app not good in Canada ip address? Very disappointed

Please get it fix ASAP, The app Doesn’t work after iOS 14.7.1 update

How do you sync the machine to your phone app?

Please fix the new song synchronization. It is only successful the first time synchronizing. Every time try to sync afterward, the app always crashes. Have to delete and reinstall to sync. Otherwise the app works great for the KTV machine and a great add on to the KTV machine.

This mainly for Chinese but the app doesn’t have Chinese option. The word and everything are in English. Weird.
