Used 10+ mins for a free parking redemption still failed SMS code, forgot password, registered car plate, register octopus number, upload receipt, upload e payment receipt …………. and the apps tell me my purchase is not at the same day, while I just walk back to my car from the shop Friends don’t waste ur time like me go straight to the counter for the redemption 😓
