Kabu Driver

Kabu has the highest rate in Vancouver. Unprofessional drivers, don’t event know the roads. It will take 20mins to get where I was, even though he was just couple blocks away. And blame the gps for giving him wrong directions. Unpleasant customer services experiences. If you wanna cancel your booking after a looooong wait, you still need to a fee after cancellation. If you call the customer service for a refund. Receiving a credit is your only option. Do yourself a favor, delete this app.

Disappointed

The customer service is much better than Uber.

The Uber application dated September 9th 2020 has now taken 200 days for the PTBoard to process. If Kabu could compete with Uber\Lyft they would've sought a permit for the GVRD. As it is, it's like the they're being protects by the slow thought process inside the offices of Victoria.

I think everybody knows that sometime uber charges us more than double price. But never happend in kabu
