1.麻煩你尊重顧客私隱，唔好喺個Apps度顯示顧客全名，你可以顯示會員編號或者顧客設定嘅暱稱 2.點解我冇辦法喺個Apps度睇到我可以達到保留銀會員嘅基本門檻嘅價錢？ 3.點解我冇辦法喺個Apps度睇到我嘅積分幾時到期？

down完個apps根本打唔開，試左幾次都系甘

Does not tell you anymore when the points expire and by when you need to accumulate enough points to continue the membership tier. New app has less features than the old app or at least the useful features are now gone. Have not heard any response since submitting queries through the ‘contact us’ function, not sure if the function is real or not, or Kabu chooses to ignore customer queries. The new app needs more work on it… The experience is completely different to the old app.
