Constructive criticism
My first visit here, decoration is good, vibe is good, but the service is lousy maybe becoz of overwhelming guests? But i dont like the room division, too many rooms n corners, the wrost of all, ordering via apps, absolutely bad decision if you want more orders, medanese love being served, its easier to point what we want than to choose from menu. Its definetly decrease your total sales order. We come here because we want to enjoy or because we are hungry, and u ask us to use our hungry brain??? U think u might save staff wages but it definetly decrease ur total sales.
