Great game, terrible support
We’ve purchased the subscription at the beginning of the year as our son enjoyed the apps. He went off it for some time and when we returned the log in page change and we were unable to regain access, none of the emails worked. We contacted customer support with hope of resolving the issue however they have been terribly slow with their replies and have now gone completely silent since our last message on 6th October. I’d avoid the paid subscription because of the quality of support, which is a shame as the apps are great.
