The bus arrival times are usually off. The app tells you there will be a bus in 15 minutes, yet it arrives much sooner and you miss it. There’s been no improvement in this area over many years.

The loading circle never disappears. Super annoying.

언젠가부터 대기시간 내 위치 찾을수 없어 하차알람이 작동이 안되는데요 핸드폰 재부팅 어플 삭제후 재설치 등등 다 해봤는데 방법이 없는걸까요 와이파이랑 데이터 둘 다 켜놓고있습니다

I used this app to see where the next bus was, how many stops there were before I had to get off, times, and see what route each bus took. Overall I didn’t have any issues with this app at all, it did everything I needed it to do.

애플워치 4세대 사용중인데요, 노티를 워치쪽으로 돌려놨어요. 근데 수도 없이 테스트 해봐도 알림 절대 안오네요(단 한번도). 버그 픽스 되겠지 하면서 기다리다 지쳐 여기다가 적어봅니다.

ETAs are off by up to 10 minutes sometimes, and I’ve missed the bus several times going by the times shown in the app.

실시간 배차간격을 좀더 정확하게 잡을 필요가 있고 더 나아가서는 아이폰 영어로 설정되어있는 상태에서도 한국어를 지원하였으면 합니다 또한 향후 외국인들이 버스를 타도 이해할 수 있도록 영어로 해석하였으면 합니다 힘드시겠지만 우선은 지하철 역사를 영어로 바꾸어보는 것도 어떨까요? (영어버전에서)
