I refused an order that was returned back to them. They confirmed on messenger they got it but won’t issue me a refund for $47. I purchased the exact same order on their TikTok for 1/2 price of their web store. Requested they cancel their WEB ORDER before it even shipped but they never replied. Customer service doesn’t exist. I’ve disputed with my credit card company and provided the proof it’s in their possession by the USPS tracking. Take your business elsewhere. Reporting to BBB and everywhere else I can. Would leave 0 stars as they don’t even deserve 1. Karma, sweetie, karma! This isn’t TikToks fault, as you’re trying to blame. Your the one with your items back in hand and keeping my money.

I love all my items I get from this Boutique! Michelle the owner does such a perfect job description of each item she sells. Even the food! If she says it’s good it’s good. Best to online shop for sure!!!

They spend a lot of time flying around to different states when there's a pandemic going on to show us "brand new styles" that I already see in other stores, in stock and ready to ship. All of this while their shipping is backed up forever. They're also incredibly rude and unreliable to customers. I applied to be a TikTok model, they promised $10-24 in shop credit for doing it, and after I emailed them twice on it, they gave me $5. I've spent thousandssss of dollars with them. Incredibly disappointed. Will be letting everyone know not to shop with them.

Fun, Flowy, super cute styles and colors. Live feeds are good, I just find you have a lot of distractions with going live from home. Very understandable. App is great!
