The cameras are fine for the price but the app i criddled with nag screens for the subscription and now the AI Alert service when you open the app or view a camera, also nag messages from the app clogging up your messages. On top of that, the preferences seem to get purged frequently so you have to re-confurm those on the regular. Absolutely awful!
Imagine you paid for multiple devices and even subscription and yet you get ads in the app. Notifications causing noise and anxiety even though there is no activity where my cam is. This is absolutely unacceptable. Do not buy Kami products if you don't want to be ad-bullied!

Adding ads to the app which is for cameras!! I’ve paid for 5 cameras roughly €500 for the whole property. With my next upgrade I’ll get other brand for consideration.
App is not allowing me to up date the firmware it’s asking to but won’t download it on my phone
App was always a bit slow, but for the last month it simply freeze 99 times out of 100 at this point. Cameras are good, but they’re useless if can’t view the cameras in the app.
This app was fine but it started hanging randomly over the last month. I have to delete and reinstall it every day or two. Multiple reports on line of people experiencing the same thing but Kami do nothing but ask for more details and then stop responding. I’ll be canceling my subscription and I’d advise go with a different brand of camera other than Yi or Kami.
They have started new adverts on start up and the app keeps freezing! It’s been happening for a month which is completely unacceptable of you need the system for security checks. What’s the point of security cameras that you cannot view from your phone?
