What a piece of trash. App has never worked right, and recent changes make it even worse. The device has no manual setting so the only way to change anything is through the crappy app. Avoid this product.
Since I updated this week, I can no longer expand and modify my dosing schedule. This is a big issue as I need to tweak my dosing amounts somewhat regularly and can no longer do so. Tried to submit feedback via app and that doesn’t work either - if just said failure.
It appears this software has an issue with time synchronization between itself and the wireless network. If the internal time of the pump is too far off from the network it will time out after 60%. The solution is to create a nonsecure 2.5Ghz guest network with NO security with a different SSID. It should work. Log into the pump, sync the time & update the firmware (leave it plugged in so you don’t lose the time settings). After that, factory reset and then repeat the setup on your secure 2.5Ghz network and it should work. Kamoer really needs to fix this issue!
I don know what’s up but ever since update unit can’t calibrate test pump horrible app.
I have 3 X1 Pro dosing pumps. They worked great for about 2 years. My only complaint was that I had to frequently enter my password to log on to the app. Not sure what changed but for the past 6 months I have struggled to log in to the app and connect to my pumps. After deleting the app and reinstalling it multiple time and opening support tickets with no resolution, I have given up and purchased new Vers pumps from Echotech.

You guys really need to get this app together, I see you guys came out with an update and shortly after I noticed my F1 disconnected and now won’t reconnect no matter WHAT I DO. At this point I opened a service ticket with Coralvue but if you guys don’t get this together I’m just going to buy an Apex Dos instead of this garbage ever again
This app really only needs a couple basic functions. Stable wifi connection and automated dosing. The automated dosing works great. The connection stability is trash making the other part irrelevant. I’ve purchased 2 units, one failed to connect all together. The other worked for a month no issues now randomly drops connection and doesn’t send notifications when this happens. There’s no simple reconnect function and I have to delete the device and start over. You should really consider adding in alerts when the connection is lost at least. Super annoying. Please fix this app or I’ll be ditching kamoer moving forward.
This app is useless and does not function 98% of the time. If you somehow have not bought a kamoer pump prior to reading this do not buy.
