Booked a ride with Kangaride a few days ago from Montreal to Ottawa and got stuck in traffic , constantly was in touch with the driver who kept reassuring me he will wait for me as his passengers are not complete. I at a point got out of my Uber to take the train just to escape the standstill traffic , only to arrive the park and the driver was nowhere to be found. Called and texted him to no avail. Reached out to Kangaride and the lady who answered the call was damn rude from the very beginning of the call and unhelpful. Very unprofessional of her to hang up the call even if she was having a bad day.

Missed the ride for an emergency and couldn’t get the refund

Je trouve que vous abusez un peu trop sur le frais, frais d’abonnement annuel que ne sert strictement à rien, crédit par ci crédit par là, crédit dont je suis sûr que les conducteurs ne voient même pas la couleur quand je vois une course afficher à 20$ et que je me retrouve à payer 35$ moi je ne comprends pas. Je souhaiterais vivement que les conducteurs publie également leurs offres sur des sites tel que Facebook ça serait vraiment beaucoup mieux que de se faire escroquer à chaque fois qu’on veux faire une course

This app literally has the worst user Interface… In addition to that, they just charge you for the annual membership without you being aware of it, how ridiculous… One time I paid the booking and the driver didn’t show up and I’m not even reimbursed….Don’t fall into this scam…

Tried finding a ride and nothing came up. I went and tried every known spot to everyone in Ontario and yet NO RIDES! what kinda fake car pool app is this? It’s just a concept for whatever they have in mind.

Le conducteur ne s’est jamais présenté et était injoignable . Le service client était très odieux et n’a pas été capable de trouver un transport comme il le mentionne dans les politiques.

I had several calls because I didn't get the subscription. I mean... In a century of emails and messages, they prefer to call every day begging for money?!

I am not the type of person to leave reviews let alone bad reviews. But this app is terrible. I downloaded it and booked a ride. They charged me on my card. And a few hours before my departure I double-checked the the place/time to meet with he driver to find out on the app they had suspended my account for no clear reason. I tried to call customer service DOZENS of times and not one ever picked up or the phone wasn’t even ringing. I tried to chat with online support and not customer rep was available. And I still managed to get to the pick up place because I had received the confirmation email the night I booked it and the guy NEVER showed up. I still cried to call Kangaride back to get a refund and it still didn’t work. TERRIBLE experience and customer service sucks. If I could leave 0 stars I would have.
