Trash App

There is no excuse for an NFL team to have such a terrible app. The amount of errors and bugs throughout the app is astounding, and the user interface couldn’t be less friendly or intuitive.

Terrible interactions with tickets

The app will randomly not allow transfers or sales of your tickets (currently going on multiple weeks at a time). Also, I’ve called the ticket office and left voice mails 3 times within the past week asking about solutions, but have yet to receive a single returned call. But I guess a franchise like the Chiefs currently have all the power, so f the customers right?

Wrong enterprise

This app should never have been made since this whole teams fan base is either 14 year old girls or just a bunch of band wagons that like them just because they win

Update this app!

Everyone knows the Wi-Fi at arrowhead is horrible. I’ve been a season-ticket holder for 15 years and I always load my tickets to my wallet so I can get to them when I’m going into the game for some reason this year is the worst. It doesn’t even let me see my tickets to load them to my wallet. Time for a patch!!!

Where did the widget go?!

I would give it a 5 but now I can’t just tap my screen and see the score, game date or kickoff time. FIX THIS!
